Holiday Pet Food Drive

We are so grateful for and humbled by all of our clients generosity each year, but
this year we would like to ask that instead of bringing “gifts” for us,
bring any non-perishable pet food product to the office and we will
make a donation to the local shelters. It is the season of giving and
we hope we can give a great gift to all the pets in need!
We will accept any donation as long as it is non-perishable.
Bring in as much or as little as you can.
Every can helps feed an animal in need.

Hills Coupons No Longer Accepted

Due to a recent increase in incidents involving over $100,000 in fraudulent coupons, Hill's has determined it necessary to immediately cease reimbursement of coupons for FREE product. The coupons are for a Free 3lb bag or larger, or 12 3oz. or larger cans of Hill's Science Diet and Hill's Prescription Diet feline or canine pet food.

FREE PET PORTRAIT!

Each client visiting The Barnegat Animal Clinic between now and December 24th will receive a flyer to be redeemed for a free pet portrait.

Pet portraits will be taken by Henry Arango at his studio in Manahawkin. For your free mini session you may bring your children, grandchildren or other family members to be photographed with your pet! For further details and to see his work visit henryarango.com or Facebook.

Science Diet Orders for the Week of Thanksgiving

Science Diet Prescription Foods will be ordered on Monday, November 21st and delivered on either Tuesday, November 22nd or Wednesday, November 23rd. Please call the office with your order before 12:00 PM on Monday, November 21st.

Iams Pet Food Recall

The Iams Company is voluntarily expanding its recall to include all Iams DRY Veterinary Formulas and some specialized Eukanuba DRY pet food as a precautionary measure because it has the potential to be contaminated with salmonella. No salmonella-related illnesses have been reported.

Pets with a salmonella infection may experience decreased appetite, fever, abdominal pain and appear sluggish. More aggressive symptoms may include vomiting, bloody diarrhea and dehydration.

In people, symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramping and fever. Rarely, Salmonella can result in more serious ailments including arterial infections, endocarditis, arthritis, muscle pain, eye irritation and urinary tract symptoms. Consumers exhibiting these signs after having contact with this product should contact their healthcare providers.

7th Annual Dog Walk for Cancer: Pet Expo & Family Fun Day

Lace up your sneakers, put a leash on your best friend and join us for a day of tail wagging fun for you and your entire family.
