This event will be held at the Ocean County Park, 659 Ocean Avenue, Lakewood on Friday, June 11 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. An informal dog walk, demos, and displays are being planned. Please supply your own table and chairs.

About National Pet Week:

Founded in 1981 by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Auxiliary to the AVMA, National Pet Weeke is widely celebrated throughout the United States and other parts of the world. In 2010, National Pet Week is celebrated from May 2-8.

The goals of National Pet Week are to promote responsible pet ownership, celebrate the human-animal bond, and promote public awareness of veterinary medicine.
